Signal sound complaint in front of leasing office at 3301 Chillum Road. 3301 Chillum Road. All info through Spanish interpreter. Caller's reporting there are four men and one woman starting a fire outside. Looks like they're trying to set the grass on fire. They have a lighter. There's nothing currently on fire, but they're digging in the pool area. Hispanic male, 36 years old, wearing black sweater, jeans, white shoes, the rest wearing all black.
