Mill Creek 55. 55. I just had a motorcycle flee from me. It's northbound, 700 east, just going through the intersection of 3900 south. Speed's up to about 85 miles an hour. Rider's wearing black helmet, black clothing, no license plate on the vehicle. I am not pursuing.
