All via text message, complainant states a White male, approximately mid-20s, 5'9", blonde hair, wearing a black shirt, blue jeans, seen pulling on car doors in the parking lot of the right now. Complainant's negative on the interview. It's 601 Imperial Way in Bayport off of Ridgewood Court.
