925, advice complainant in progress. This is anonymous 341 West 42nd. Three people have been in the park across the street all day, drinking and urinating in front of the kids. One of them is in a wheelchair. The other one is a female, black in a green shirt. The other one is a male, black in a red shirt, black shorts. Nothing further.
