Can I start you both for a 16 high risk, 5000 East Livingston. It's going to be at Big Walnut Park. Had a female that was driving fast, called her to slow down. She started harassing her. Going to be a female, black in a brown shirt, jeans, driving a silver Mercedes, King, Nancy, Nancy, 8425. Got another call with the female saying that the suspect was now trying to run her over with the vehicle. Victim took off on foot down Livingston, left her vehicle there. Unknown where the suspect is. 143, I copy. Copy.
