Rowland to Code 5, 3100 South 69 Street, 100 South 69. It just occurred, Black male, about 6 feet tall, last night in a cap with a black t-shirt and jeans. Carried a ShopRite bag and a Green Book bag, took a watch from at the store. Last seen on foot towards the rear of the building. They're saying he also stole from Ross earlier today.
