In the 3, getting a missing person, it's upgraded, 71st and Stony, 71 and Stony. Shelton from the Behavioral Health Clinic stated that he was transporting a Matthew Williams, male, Black, 19 years old. Male grabbed the steering wheel, jumped out from the white Chevy van, going to be wearing a gray shirt, blue jeans, history of schizophrenia. Happened about five minutes ago.
