Can you arrive with Ambulance 45? Mental health disturbance is at Huron and Damon. The concerned citizen called in states a male appears to be having a mental health crisis for about two hours. Across the street from the bar, talking to himself, screaming, yelling, pacing, punching air. It's a Black male with a beard, 20 to 30 years of age, under 6 feet, wearing a brown t-shirt with graphic on the front, aqua green shorts, no shoes.
