16-12-1-16-37, en route to that code 3 disturbance, EFT. 5131 Markwood Lane at the halfway house. Reporting a female subject yelling and arguing, possibly has not taken her medication. She's known to be bipolar, making caller and others feel unsafe. Age 8, Black female in her 40s, wearing a multicolored dress. No other info.
