3 Charlie 24. 3 Charles 24. 3 Charles 24, authorize Code 3 for a 417, units to back at Artesia and Paramount. Paramount and Artesia, going westbound on Artesia. Suspect vehicle is a white truck, missing the front bumper. Suspect had made a U-turn and is now eastbound on Artesia. Yeah, pointing a 417 at the CP. We have two units backing. The vehicle also has dark tinted windows.
