We checked the area of Jacksonville and Stoke Park Road. Jacksonville Road and Stoke Park Road, caller states that there was a pickup truck that was towing something. I guess he turned, and now I don't know if he's stuck or if he's unable to make the turn, but it looks like he was just kind of walking the road over there.
