4 A 650 over 321 at 1737 Post, Japan Mall, cross of Buchanan and Webster. 14 David, 10-4. This is an Asian male in a neon green shirt with three bags. He threatened and brandished RP with a gun 15 ago. Suspect is still 97. RP doesn't know exactly where he is. Gave two different numbers. Heard in the background like a computer with more to follow. Is there a unit to back that, 14 David? David, 10-4.
