All command band units, the 3rd, 10-2, in progress, 10 Milano Ave, off of Hawthorne Ave in Central Islet. A known male threatened to complain in the face and threatened to kill the complainant. The subject showed him a knife. Hispanic male inside the house. Currently another male outside that wants to fight him. The subject is going to be a black t-shirt, jeans, and black sneakers.
