And suspect vehicle is a white Honda Civic, four-door, Maryland tag, 9, George, Lincoln, 9271. Hispanic male in his 30s, wearing a green or gray shirt. And a Hispanic female in her 20s, wearing a t-shirt and shorts with long hair. Caller's vehicle is going to be a blue Toyota RAV-4, Maryland tag, 58472593.
