201, Portage, suspicious person. Go ahead. Speedway, 5011 Central. Caller's advising approximately five minutes ago, there was a male drinking a fifth of vodka in the driver's seat, blue pickup truck. They threw the bottle in the garbage. Also advising there was a large tan canine in the truck. Unknown if the male left. Caller's no longer on scene.
