Baker 2, it's a call after an animal complaint, 5810 63rd Avenue, 5810 63rd Avenue. The caller's advising of a black and tan medium-sized dog. Says that this dog is next door, is being left outside, and it's really hot. Says he's been left outside all day with no water. They would like for us to go by and check it out. I'm not sure if animal control was notified. Baker 2.
