All units attempt to locate a erratic drive in the area of 1300 East, 11400 South. It's going to be a silver, older Hyundai SUV, unknown plate. They're holding an object with string attached to something, holding it down to the roof. Looks like it could possibly be whiteboard with a hinge. They're last seen headed northbound on 1300 East.
