Northwest 1, Southwest 11, respond to a person armed, 16th and Tibbs Avenue. Went from get-go to check cashing place on the northwest corner. Two black males, one in a white t-shirt and one in a black t-shirt. One has a large gun. They left get-go and went over to the check cashing.
