All units, be on the lookout in the area of Phillips Animal Hospital, 2730 West Franklin Boulevard. RP advised she saw a child trying to get out of a white older model Camry. Adults snatched them back in the car, took off westbound on Franklin. Last seen passing the 74 video. Subjects were white, put the child in the front seat. Child is between the ages of 5 to 8. City clear, 1508.
