Complainant, Muhammad, the general manager, advised a hit-and-run occurred at this location last night and the driver was taken to the hospital. The driver is currently back at the location. Appears to be confused. The subject will be a 70-year-old male, white, Philip Reese, red hat, blue shirt, and green cut-off shorts. He thinks the subject possibly has dementia and concerns about his health. for the 70.
