3XD to Engine 21. Engine 21. If you happen to have an officer assigned to this 961 at the I-17 Access Road in Buckeye, we do have one car blocking two lanes of traffic westbound. I copy. We don't have an officer assigned to that call yet. Which lanes were they blocking again? They were blocking two lanes westbound, the right lane and middle lane. 10-4.
