8, if you can start a 9 sector for the King, Cullen and Bluepoint, 29 Montauk Highway off of Belle Avenue and Buffin, checking on the welfare, aggravating. White man walking around King, Cullen shopping center yelling and screaming. He was seen before at the 7-Eleven on Montauk and Bluepoint Road. Male's wearing gothic-clothed pants. One leg is gray, one leg is black. I have no further.
