to be in the area of Starbucks at 4601 34th Street South. 4601 34th Street South. It's going to be in reference to a vehicle driving recklessly and has visible damage. Possibly a DI. The front bumper hanging off a possible radiator is coming out of the vehicle. It nearly hit the wall going through the drive-thru at the Starbucks. The complainant does have video of this.
