For terroristic threats at a construction site, third party caller that is GOA stated a male with a knife, about 5'5", Hispanic male with dreadlocks, no clothing description, no flatter direction, was off threatening the construction workers at that location. They chased him off and they locked him, no flatter direction once again. That's 2776 Kennedy.
