Anyone in the area of the Springfield Plaza, 905 West Sproul Road, 1025 West Sproul for the unread subject. On the construction area, there's a white male with a mohawk, gray shirt, black shorts, trying to fight and bother other construction workers there. I've seen him walking on Sproul's shotgun.
