Seven shots heard, followed by a vehicle, a black sedan and a license plate, chasing two subjects, wearing black to the sweatshirts. Code 3, incident 4651, RD 1363. 4952 East Edward Road at, over this vehicle. All units, code 4, 676 South Central Avenue, incident 415, out again.
