This is 10-14, I'm getting a call from a male, 2000 East Atkin Avenue, 28th South, just north of you guys' location, said that he's doing traffic control, vehicles are driving the wrong way on 2000 East. Refused to provide his name, but requesting an officer there. If you could get someone available. Copy, if I get one available, I'll send him that way. 10-4.
