Lotus 🪷 Festival (45th). This is the annual Lantern Launch. Pay to make a custom one to be put into lake.
Nice event for the community. I just hope they dont leave those lanterns there for too long, paper gets wet and turtles can't swim through all that. Looks like a mess after.
