25 and 22 en route to 100 East Ocean View Avenue at the announcement on the bay. The suspicious call, complainant stated a male jumped the fence. He was looking into vehicles, shown to be a Black male, slim-build, following 160 pounds, 5'4", wearing dark blue jumpsuit. He's currently on foot, heading towards the pavilion in the park area.
