Again, Michigan and Madison for the units in 1, I'm getting a person with a gun. Caller advised that there was a subject in a black Tesla, driver reckless, almost hit her and her nephew. Caller admitted to kicking the car, but the driver got out of the vehicle, flashed a gun.
