This is a 10-36, 726 Zorn Avenue. Caller said she was out walking her dog. She was approached by a white male in a tank top and blue jeans who said that he didn't feel safe. He was near a house with a basketball hoop towards the end of the no outlet street. So, I'm not sure if she's talking about University Road or Eastern Ave or what she's talking about back there.
