Going to be operating on the main channel. It's going to be for a weapon discharge at Parcher Avenue and Springer Drive. Time lapse 20 minutes. Car advise saw someone shoot a gun in the area. Seemed to be a black male, long dreads with a white do-rag on. For RTC4, he was last seen. Correction, subject masking that description was last seen running towards the parking garage behind 13190 Parcher Avenue.
