Central's on their patrol information. Special attention, Brighton Township. It'll be eastbound from Brighton-Kroger. 9968 East Grand River, eastbound from there on a black Chevrolet sedan. Driver appeared intoxicated, was barely able to walk, and left with a 12-pack. Plate given, Frank Boy John 5301, FBJ 5301. Actually returns on a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee out of Beverly Hills.
