Unit 459, suspects are now at 855 South Grand Avenue. Suspects are trying to enter the building from the parking structure door. Two suspects, male, Hispanic, 18 to 20s, wearing black clothing, black backpack, uses a crowbar to pry open the door. It's code 2, incident 3312, and RD 152.
