Receiving a call with DUI, 1366 North Milwaukee, 1366 North Milwaukee at the Emporium Arcade Bar. Courtney says three intoxicated male Hispanics were outside drinking, causing a disturbance. One of them broke a branch off a tree and asked them to leave. Guests say they were getting aggressive, trying to fight the staff. They sped off in a black Mercedes, four-door sedan, southbound, Frank Frank 56509.
