Vet crisis line received text from subject saying that he's cutting himself with a razor, has his sister in the basement, and that he possibly wants to hurt her. Crisis line tried calling the number 5 ago, sounded like a child with a distorted voice, and then the caller was cursing and being sexual, then disconnected. The 5150 Violent, 5772 Freeport Boulevard, 10-4 to copy.
