In the to the board in 5, simulcast is busy. We have a person with a gun in Pullman Park. Caller states a female and a male had a black gun. Says the weapon is inside the female's book bag. The male and the female went inside a building where the restrooms are. The female is wearing black shorts, blue and green and pink book bag, and the male is wearing a white shirt, dark blue pants. No further.
