Radio 170. 170. If I can get a sergeant to copy this high-risk 34C, it's at the Taylor House Apartments, 5001 Olentangy River Road. Caller states they have an elderly male wandering around, appears dazed and confused. It's a male, white, about 65 to 70 years old, green jacket, bright-colored shorts. Came on board a red Jeep, Florida tag, 72 Frank Paul William Union. Last seen on the first floor.
