Got one Grandview officer by themselves chasing a male, black, yellow jacket, black bandana. Took off on foot out of theft. Last seen southbound on Grandview in foot pursuit. Chopper 4, chopper 4. 9040, 9041, chopper. Radio, air that on 732, they may be close. 8 from 102, 102.
