In the parking lot of Topps, 7200 Nogger Fired, in between the gas station and the store, looking for a white male in a gold-colored Chevy SUV, plate Michael Charles Union 7670. He's yelling racial slurs at people as they walk by, harassing them. Caller over in the area.
