Engine 20. 413 Ocean, send the next. 413 Ocean, your next is going to be the 651 Adam, 1732 West Pecan Road. Complainant was hearing a couple of dogs barking and whining. Sounded like they were in distress. It's an ongoing issue with the neighbor and his dogs. Neighbor is a white male, 30s, unknown clothing description, no known weapons. Was outside working on his gray pickup. Complainant was concerned there was an injured dog back there. Telephone contact, Julia, 1711.
