Sam 226, at the Lower Genesee Boat Launch, 37023 Genesee Lake Road, there was a subject on a jet ski riding it over Geese on the Water. It was a yellow jet ski. The subject is now coming back into the boat launch. Seems to be a single rider wearing white clothes.
