Headquarters to command unit, special attention med cat, the 6, number 6, responding to a 10-9, critical. 102 Smithtown Polk Boulevard, off of Arthur Avenue in Center Reach. A vehicle fell off a jack and onto the complainant's father. He's unable to get out from under the vehicle. Heavy bleeding. End of notification, 1828 hours.
