*Not a search and rescue or EMA operation, at least not in relation to the boat in Palmer Inlet.
No person was seen being pulled from the water, it looks like an abandoned boat being towed, but a search and rescue or EMS operation. But why multiple NYPD boats on the scene for that? I’m thinking there was a criminal element to this incident unless someone has more info to add.
The video posted is from the opposite side of Eastchester Bay. Is this the same incident as the one reported from City Island?
