It's an open carry state, I'm sure he's just minding his business
Last time I was at the splash pad he was running an electrical cord thru the splash pad water to an outlet at the bathrooms. Kids were actively playing in the water. I don’t care how nice he is, that should never be allowed to happen… and yes, he had a gun on his hip.
He’s harmless. He’s just making his food. Relax.
