In the area of Morton Avenue and Swarthmore Avenue. Morton and Swarthmore. It's a early group. About 16 juveniles on bikes in the roadways doing wheelies, running into oncoming traffic. They said on Morton towards the high school. Wanted to pass along to sector 5.
