Received. Units, start heading over to 314 Drake Ave, 314 Drake Ave. There's two men going around the house trying to get to a 21-year-old male. First male is wearing a white shirt, curly black hair, Hispanic. Second male is Hispanic, possibly glasses. They're going around circles in the house. They're apparently trying to kidnap the individual inside the house. They're driving a white Volkswagen Jetta. They're driving around in their car right now. And then, as the most recent update, they're trying to come back.
