Any unit available to break for 22 sector for that 10-2 bell just occurred, St. Ann's Church, 88 2nd Avenue and Brentwood, off of 8th Street. Spanish-speaking, via language line, Hispanic male wearing white shirt took money from the complainant. Subject's now inside the IL. Complainant's waiting in the parking lot.
