Scott 630 Charlie, 631 Bravo, area 630. Fire and rescue en route for a larceny at 5885 Kingstown Boulevard at the Walmart. Advise a man is drinking juice from one of the shells. Looks like he just came from the hospital. Possibly needs medical attention. Has a ostomy bag and seems to be under the influence.
