Code 2 1 Bravo, 221 Bravo in area 200 for a suspicious vehicle, 5960 Richmond Highway at the Planet Fitness. The caller advised they've seen a small child in the back of an abandoned silver BMW X3 with possible DC tag Juliet Golf 470. They advised they've seen him this morning. The vehicle's beat up, has flat tires. Requesting police check on the child, make sure he isn't alone.
